Why are lateral raises so much more challenging than any other lift? Do us humans just not ever ustilise those muscles?
I always have to switch to tiny ass dumbel KA when I do lateral raises because I feel like my shoulder is gonna dislocate or some shit at my usual weight.

I do both Pendlay rows and reverse delt flies but no never upright rows.

Lats are small muscles and a straight arm is a longer lever than in almost any other lift
