I'm 72kg, 1.94m tall.

Average day was a big ass hamburger, french fries and 0.5l of coke followed by 0.5l-1l vodka over the course of day, mixed with orange juice etc dilute.

At the end of 3 weeks, he's gone 83kg to 87kg.
I, while on the exact same diet, had lost 3kg.
