I'm a pretty fit person (exercise 3 to 6 days a week), and my diet is pretty good - except for one thing. I'm concerned about my sodium intake, which hovers between 2000 and 3500mg a day.

Should I be overly concerned about this? I drink a decent about of water everyday (14 cups or so a day). Does that even help? Thanks.
