so i did my 20g daily for 7 days and i'm gonna start the 5g daily. seems like some people recommend taking like a week off of it every so often and doing the loading phase again. is that worthwhile for any reason, or just as okay to stick with the 5g daily forever until we die or get old and start to suffer from edema?
also do you guys like using those ab wheel things. i bought one but put the handles on wrong so only one hand can use the fingergrips properly. it annoys me but i can't take it apart again i tried lol
