just do ss or sl but don't turbo-bulk. people who complain that ss made them fat are people who turbo-bulked or were just fat to begin with. if you're fat to begin with, consider some diet and light cardio for a few weeks before you start lifting, that way you won't have to worry about getting even fatter.
