Is there anything wrong with doing paused sets for bench, squat, and OHP? I almost exclusively do paused work for these exercises. People find this odd but I like the way it feels.

Pause is literally required if you want to compete in bench
Pause squat is good if you need to build strength out of the hole

Pausing doesn't really change what muscles we involved.
The closer you are to being perpendicular to the ground the less chest and more shoulders you use. So what you're saying isn't smart. If you want upper chest do like a 45° angle

Yeah, okay. That's fair. I just do incline bench to make up for it.
Pause reps helped my joint health (mainly knees and shoulders) and it helped me get far stronger than normal reps
