I want to do pushups after my bench as my arms are very weak for my weight and my pushups are weak as shit. What is good routine for pushups?

But it means I take it to failure as many times as it takes me to make 100 reps
So I will fail like 5-6 times maybe even 7 (my arms are literall spaghetti and Im 220lbs)

I wouldn't personally do that, because the amount of recovery time you'll need will be ridiculous. Even two sets to failure is pushing it. Just be patient man, you will very quickly get past 100.
