Had an awful lifting day last time I was in the gym, unable to get 4 plates off the floor after having hit it for 3 last week. Today on a whim I felt good so I deadlifted again and 405 went up easy. Ended up getting 455 up for one and it felt fantastic. Also got a set of 185 push press for 5. I'm celebrating with so much steak sweet potatoes and green beans
