Legs are the biggest muscle you have, so it is worth to exercise them. Strong legs means you are better at sprinting. Also no legs looks shit most of the time.

Im not as bad as OP, but in truth, i probably hit legs like 3 times a month.
Granted, my legs arent shredded muscular, but theyre already big in proportion to the rest of my body, so i dont feel the need to train them as much as everything else. I can squat 315x5 atg, and to be frank i dont feel the need to get stronger in this area.
Am i still a faggot if im essentially just hitting legs for maintenance at this point?
My upper body has significantly improved since ive lessened my leg workouts, and my recovery is alot better.
