I go to the gym a lot and I have really good workouts there, and I got a job now (which at least helps), but I still have the problem of, when I get home, sitting around all day jerking off and browsing chans instead of doing something. I don't have a ton of friends, and the ones I do aren't big into hiking type activities, so that's a problem. Even if I burn a ton of calories in the gym, it's all negated because those will be all the calories I burn that day and will probably eat more than that. How do I stop sitting around and napping all day and get active? What are good non-sedentary activities that I can do alone?
