after every work out i feel dizzy and want to puke.
i started a week ago and im working out 1-2 hours after meal.

low blood sugar. if you're healthy, it'll probably pass. take it easier during the sessions, and you'll get used to the strain.

should i consume more sugar then ? i ate an icecream 2h before workout thats some sugar but it didnt help.
take longer rests between sets, eat some sugar on your way to the gym and on the way back
