Castor oil on your eyebrows. Failing that, you can pluck and shape to make them look more defined and, by effect, thicker. It's the same illusion as having your hair cut shorter to make your hairline look better.

Lips are massively overlooked in most normie looksmaxxing. I'm really tempted to have some lip filler as I have pencil lips but concerned about it going wrong and going Kardashian mode.

I believe got jaw surgery and rhinoplasty to maximize his facial aesthetics, if I am not mistaken.
