I'm a skelly trying to l e a n bulk and I saw a demograph that said 50c/35p/15f
other options include
40c/40p/20f
50c/25p/25f
anythung else?

It sounds like a meme but every body type is different. You literally just have to try a few variations and see what works for you.

Yep. They're a good starting block for thinking about the overall makeup of your diet but there's no need to autistically stick to them.
You want 1g of protien per lb of lean bodymass. And your daily intake of calories are used to determine if its a surplus or deficit; not fat v carbs. Understand this and you can bulk or cut in any dietary situation.

I read 40g fat and 30g carbs minimum.
Anything beyond that is just calories needed/personal preference.
