Fill up a backpack with heavy books, strap it on your back, try for 5x10 pullups. Gains through the roof. Bonus: if the straps are a bit loose, you'll have to tighten your core for bonus core gains.

things you will need:

strong bag, army surplus duffel bag works well

filling material, all of these work fine so pick the one you can easily get a lot of for a cheap price near you

>Smooth river rock
>Wood pellets
>Rubber mulch
>sand

inner bags
>get small/medium size zip lock bags, fill about 70% with filling material
>put first zip lock bag into a second one, then wrap it up with duct tape

then you fill the duffel bag with the small zip lock bags, lift it up and put it down how you want then add more small bags next time
