Hey /fit/ what do you normally use to track your calorie intake? I used to use myfitnesspal's food tracker but stopped using it years ago, I think I moved to just a spreadsheet as it is difficult to get all my data from mfp's database so I could analyze it.
So, how do you keep track of what you eat and do you do any sort of analysis on it after the fact?

I used MyFitnessPal when I was starting out but shortly switched to myplate and have continued using it since then. It's been pretty good.

fitwell is a pretty decent app, although you have to pay monthly for. Other than that its pretty cool, just ignore some of the other meme features it has
