Ive been losing weight for about a month now and im a (mostly) casual pot smoker. Is there anyway to make it easier to control the portions I eat when Im batshit high?
I tried drinking it a LOT of water befre hand but I ended up hungry anyway and throwing up.
The easiest way would be to stop smoking when you're cutting.
But that would require discipline and since you don't seem to have that(if you did you wouldn't be asking) so I suggest you start using DNP. You'll find more info in the fraud general or in the DNP general

Try eating a small meal before you smoke. You'll feel fuller and be less likely to binge.
The real answer is just willpower. I lost a ton of weight while smoking everyday. You have to set limits for yourself and adhere to them no matter what, even if you're stoned.

And to add to this, eat meat/protein. It keeps you feeling more full and for longer. Might make the munchies a little less intense. Eat a chicken breast before you smoke and see how it goes
