I binge ate around 4k calories yesterday. right now I have to focus on my diet like i was for the last 5 months prior to the binge. But god dam Humbult icecream is the food of the gods. It makes my stomach hurt like hell, and makes your crave ten fold after it wears off. Keep the cravings thing in mind, it makes it easier to push through once you realize what's going on. I don't know what to do about the stomach pains though, it might just be me. Same with jaw clenching, I get crazy headaches because I'm clenching my jaw like crazy when on an EC stack. That happens whenever I consume caffeine though.

In summary, your miles may vary but it does suppress appetite very well.

Another good day. Lifted in the morning. Rowed for an hour steady state in the afternoon. No shitty food. Weight's coming down. The creatine is definitely helping keeping off the aches from interval work.

I started doing basic calorie counting. I had a TDEE of almost 3400 kcal/day and started eating 1800... so I dropped weight like crazy in no time. Obviously I wasn't getting enough protein and I made changes over time to my diet. I made sure that I ate enough protein and fat and filled up the rest with carbs.

I stayed on 1800 kcal for the entire time. Did some swimming for a couple of weeks, nothing fancy. I should have lifted from the start but realized that way to late. You can basically hang around the house all day if you feel like it and still lose weight. The war is won in the kitchen, not the gym. Exercise is healthy though and if I were to do it all again, I would have started lifting right away.

Hey fellow anons,

thanks for mentioning MyFitnessPal in these threads - I downloaded it about a month ago and use it to keep track of my weight.

I am 1,92m // 6'4" tall and I weigh 128kg // 20,15 stone // 282lbs. In the last weeks I have lost 3kg and my goal is to reach a weight of 100kg // 220lbs // 15,74 stone.

I finally managed to change my eating habits, and it feels really good. I eat two meals a day, I don't do snacks and check on MFP whether I stay below my recommended calories. Once a week I do a cheat day where I can eat sweets.

Recently I have tried to stay away from diet sodas, since I have read that they might not have sugar, but the sweeteners raise the insulin, too, which prevents you from losing weight. Now I drink a lot of black coffee, tea and water.

Changing my eating habits was hard for the first few days (I had headaches!), but now my body got used to take in less food. I don't starve myself and eat enough to keep my body going, whilst still trying to lose weight and eat less calories than is recommended to keep my weight.

I did bodyweight stuff for like 5 months while on a deficit. Got to like 2x3 pulls ups, 3-4x3 chins, 15x6 push ups, and 20x3 bw squats when I was around 240-220 pounds, with HIIT jump rope for cardio 3 times a week.
