okay I want to create a smoothie like drink that contains all you need to live healthily? like it would be in 4-5 doses a day (like a meal) and the doses would all be 1/4 or 1/5 daily intake of everything (vitamins excluded for easier recipe)
I don't care how it tastes, I just want meal substitute that is healthy and cheap to make yourself

Google "DIY soylent". This is literally what you want. There a community for it, and recipe builders with macro and micro nutrient calculators and shit. There are pre-existing recipes for you to follow.

Soylent doesnt have all the phytonutrients and antioxidants that you get from food, veggies, and fruit.
So its great to use for short periods of time, but you shouldnt drink that shit for months on end. Nutrition is more extensive than that.

i buy 60 of them a month for 30 pence each, fucking great deal.
what you are trying to do isn't a very healthy way to go about things, you will probably end uip missing vital micronutrience.
your best bet is to make 1000 kcal milkshkes (pb, oats, milk, whey powder) then the meals you do eat shouild be healthy vegetable based meals.
either way itll be expensive buying premade vitamin complex drinks, though they are fucking amazing, unlesss you find someone who is prescribed them from the doctor, will sell them cheap.
