When do you work/have class?

Mornings at my gym 6-7 AM are really empty, and around 7-8pm it dies off as well. Not sure about anything beyond 9 because I haven't gone then

Ive found that 5-8 AM 1-3PM and 8-12 PM are the empty hours. If you have a 24 hr gym 12-5 there wont be anybody there

Yes its a 24hr gym, I have a pass my brother gave me, planning to go at around 5am-7am.
