Can we settle the case once and for all about CICO and"dirty cutting"?
I fail to see how a person maintaining a caloric deficit, would magically not lose weight, even if they ate say a 100% mcdonalds diet.
Portions are strictly maintained at huge establishments, much less margin for error vs. A mom and pop restaurant.
So why do i get so much shit for eating fast food on a cut? Its not a Jewish conspiracy to make you 400 lbs, fast food is just FOOD like anything else.
If you maintain a DEFICIT, its not like your body KNOWS its "evil fried food"
I intend to do an ANTI supersize me experiment where i lose 100 lbs on mostly fast food. Im down 30 in just under 6 weeks already to prove Morgan Spurlock was a cuck and people need to calm the fuck down about clean eating.

If you get all the protein you need, okay.
If you get all the carbs you need to recover, okay.
If you get all the fats you need, okay.
The issue is that fast food is heavy in fats and carbs. So you just make up the protein with powders. But issue is, now you're eating a lot less food mass than you can be if you avoided fast food.
But that's okay too, you can drink a lot of water to feel satisfied. But again, your high sodium intake will make you retain water bloat: For people looking to have a better physique, this is disheartening and likey to break their focus. For people doing any movement that includes their own body weight (squats, pull ups, handstand push-ups), there's an extra 10 lbs which may or may not be conclusive to progress in weight poundage.
Yeah you can do it, because I most definetly did. I did ten pounds while having one chicken sand which and small chili everyday while filling up my macros with good choices. But that one meal was hella expensive in the long run, and I'd rather spend my money on cheat meals.
