Question for the Shredded men and women of /fit/. How are your energy and libido levels throughout the day?

for me its basically just because of IF. Have better energy levels now at ~11% than I had at 18% before when I was still quite built. Lost all that fat with IF + keto with no effort and great energy.
Keto is great for maintaining/cutting but I find it very hard to eat more than I need since it keeps you so satiated so I just do IF+lowcarb usually nowadays

Those are mutually exclusive
When I was ~10% bodyfat I was sleeping for 10 hours+ per day, felt tired by 5-6pm, and my lifting sessions took 50-100% longer than normal. I felt like I was in a constant haze/dream like state. I couldn't get anything done, had very little productivity. But fuck I looked aesthetic as fuck braaaaaaaaaaaaaah.
Now I'm back to 20% bodyfat and although I hate how I look, I don't feel like shit on it, life (including lifting) is far more enjoyable at this bodyfat percentage.
Then again I'm 30 years old now, and I've never been """"naturally"""" lean in my life, it's always been this massive struggle and constant pain in the ass for me to be bodybuilder lean.

~7-8%, my libido is through the roof and my energy is mid to high in the mornings, fucking rabid in the night. sometimes low to mid on mornings if i'm depressed
