I squat light weight (am 160 lbs and I squat 140 lbs x10).
Question. Will my quads get bigger if I keep at this? All I do is hamstring curls and squat 140lbs x10 reps x5 sets, twice every week, never skip.
Will this grow my legs? or will this just keep my legs hard and prevent from atrophy?

Your muscles will not grow if there is no reason for them to grow. Doing the same fucking thing over and over at the same weight and repetitions and not changing it isn't a reason to grow.
Did you even make an attempt to learn anything about weight training before you posted this question?
