It's microwave cake mix you put in a mug. Takes like a minute, 25g of protein, low carb, low sugar and only like 150cals so you can have one and not feel like you fucked up. I reccomend pumpkin spice and choc brownie. Might be UK only? The qt on the website might ship abroad if you're murrican though.

I managed to stop my cycle of losing weight, binging and giving up for a bit thanks to these fucking cakes because protein shakes are shit. I like to chew my food and I've yet to have a protein bar I liked

Seems a bit high, I remember the 1000iu/25lbs. from a TedTalk a few years ago and guy was talking about how Vitamin C doesn't do shit and D3 is actually great for immune health. And a few years later main stream research came out backing his claim. IDK if his formula was created for someone 300+, are bodies can only absorb so many minerals before they just "get wasted" and pissed out.

Deload and keep going. Strength can be built on caloric deficits, but volume/endurance not so much. Continue to lift heavy af for short rep ranges, and swap to BB /aesthetic type routine once you're around/under 12% BF.

I think this place should stay related to weight loss. Stats: 5'8, 133.6 lbs, 6.6% BF.

So I'm in day 11 of keto. For the first week I lost a large amount of body weight, but now my weight loss has completely stagnated. The scale has been the same for 5 days and so have BF fat measurements (caliper).
I am:
-Eating -1500 calories (inb4 starvation mode, metabolic adaptation only occurs during long periods of total caloric restriction and only slows metabolism by 30% worst case scenario). I use no oil for cooking and stick to the food labels, weighing foods when necessary.
-Counting macros (75% fat, 20% protein, 5% or less carbs).
-Lifting weights 3-4x a week, doing 40 min of cardio (including HIIT) every day.
-Using RAD140, yohimbine, albuterol and 7-Keto
-Doing OMAD

I would think recomp, but like I said, my BF% has stayed exactly the same. I can see no reason why.

I haven't received my caliper yet, should be a couple days now, and have yet to research the many methods and their effectiveness.
Could be you took the measurements wrong (bad placement, too much of a pinch), or that the calculator you used was flawed. There are several methods and calculators online, try them all and make a spreadsheet of results, then even out an average. that's how I'll do it.
Judging by picture I would say you're in 11% to 14% bf limbo.

a consistency could be a consistency in failure too. Not to shit on your parade, just to let you know, if you keep repeating the same mistakes (misplacing the caliper pinch, intensity of pinch), you could be getting consistently flawed results. But I'm just trying to rule out every possibility so you won't put yourself at risk if you lose more fat, thinking you've got more leeway, or worse think you've cut enough when you could actually go a bit deeper (which I think is the case here).
In which case, as you stated in your first post, since your bf% seems to be a constant in weight loss, it's not beneficial to cut more at this rate, since you won't be advancing your condition to put on more muscle, just be losing a portion you're already going to have to work building up again. I'm having trouble wording it, but I hope it makes sense to you that you should be lowering bf% not just aiming at the same with lower weight. You could still do that, and really hope for the cleanest bulk you'll ever dream of and shaving a bit of muscle mass more than what you lost + cutting losses with minimal fat gained during bulk. Up to you to see which road you'll take.
I think your core is decent for a dyel 133lbs. By that I mean that of course at your weight and under your abs are going to stick out a bit like they do here, but that's not an indicator of how good they are developed. it's a matter of scale and proportion. abs will look bigger on a dyel than when you're built, just keep working on them. It shouldn't matter to you the short term results of this cut, what matters is laying a good foundation for the bulk ahead.

I've been at 1000-1200kcal a day (high protein, low fat/carb) while lifting 3-4 days a week for 3 weeks now and I don't really feel any hunger. Haven't lost strength either, though I haven't gained any.
All the online calculators say my TDEE is 2500-2800 kcal. Should I eat more despite the fact I don't feel like I'm starving myself at all like my 1500kcal deficit suggests?

exactly anon, you're better off focusing on getting to end game as fast as you can, rather than spending some stops along the way like most of these summer cuts fags do. I don't judge them, sure people want to look good for the summer, but with your current body there's no "looking good" except by poor normie tier. I just mean (and talking for myself here) it's better imo to cut deep then bulk clean for 2-3 years at a rate of 2lb a month, then shred the minimal fat later and instantly become who you ever wanted to be.
I'm not interested at making stops along the way just to make social profits, I'm doing it for myself first. But what's probable is that six months in your bulk you'll start looking good, even better than you think you might, so do you really want to postpone that by the months it'll take to build back up the muscle you shed trying to reach ab skelly mode?

Thanks for the advice anon, much love. I'm moving to London in 5 days (where there's no beach to show off my "abs" anyway) so I'll probably start maintenance then. There's also a 24h gym 2 minutes away from me, which is way better than the one I have near me now.
On the other hand, I'm curious to see if I get a sudden "whoosh" of weight loss, which keto fags claims happens after you stall for a bit.

What do you think of the following to prevent excessive weight rebound: slowly creep up carbs to stop ketosis -> eat at current caloric intake for a week -> up to 200 kcal/day per week until I reach maintenance.

well anon, this might be a blessing in disguise but my dad lives in London and up until recently I had plans to move there to study, but that changed.
Anyway, consequently I researched gyms and found a very reputable and respected ones, owned by a champion powerlifter. It's not just a powerlifting gym, you can do bodybuilding there without worry. I think you should look through the pictures, read the description, and check out the price. It's located near Wembley Park, I hope it's close enough to you that you could go there. It's truely the best there is in the whole of London, even better than Gold's who turned into a posh "fitness" gym.

look at the equipment, the credentials, think of who might frequent such a serious gym and you know you'll make it there.

Your plan sounds good, monitor your weight closely along the way, either way you'll gain water weight, but you should not try to shed it before you reach the end of your bulk.

I forgot to add it, but I think this might help you set up your clean bulk anon. It's my clean bulk plan.
There is however an improper calculation in it :
- the caloric intake calculator for weight gain in sailrabbit does not take into account the fact that it takes 1600 calories to put on a pound of muscle, and 3500 to put on a pound of fat (it just calculates per ''weight" gain).
So for exemple, me who's planning a 1lb/month bulk hoping for 0.8 of it muscle, 0.2 fat, should it
1600x0.8 over my TDEE and 3500x0.2 over TDEE. Just take that into account when you calculate caloric intake. Other than that, everything is good to use and follow for easy results and success.

Anything that can advance your accountability and enhance your performance really makes a difference. Ideally to put on a pound of total mass, of which you want a margin of 80% to be muscle, and 20% to be fat, you will need to consume :

0.8x1600
0.2x3500
1980 calories

However you have to take into account your TDEE, I think? I don't know how these two numbers mesh into one to calculate ideal caloric intake, because you'll already consuming a part of it as TDEE?
Anyone with a knowledge in mathematics and or nutrition could help me figure it out?

I don't think that's how it work - let's suppose, just suppose, that sailrabbit's weight gain simulator to calculate caloric intake, relies on formulas where weight is calculated as bein 100% fat, just to be sure.
that'd mean that to gain 1lbs he'd have to consume 3500 calories over his TDEE.
Spread that out over a month (I think this is the missing link) it's 117cals/day.
Now take his TDEE : 1698 and add the 117 calories : 1815. So actually Sailrabbit is not too fat off in their calculations. By 4 calories. Which means you can safely use it!
I cracked it, I think. I just need someone good in math to tell me if that's correct.

I went through the thought process again and this just means that you can put on a pound of fat based on that caloric intake in a month. Given that you'll need twice as less to put on 80% of it as muscle, you might want to undershoot?

So here's the 80/20 formula revised :

>TDEE : 1698
>Ideal Daily Intake : TDEE+66

you gotta remember that this is is a 6'3 100lbs girl's TDEE who wants to gain one pound a month here, so it makes sense 66 calories/day surplus.

Let's say you were a man with a TDEE of 2000,
that wants to gain 2 pounds a month :

It might sound drastic to you at first reading my stats but it's mostly because my genetic limitations as a girl and womanlet only allow me to pack on 9.5lbs of lean mass/year and factoring in 20% fat that's about 12.6 lbs I can allow myself to gain per year before it becomes irrelevant to gain more. Also TDEE will increase with time.
