does that mean to gain 1lb you have to eat 6000cal?
if your calorie requirements to maintain your weight is 2500 and 3500 = 1lb of fat, does that mean you need to eat 6000 calories overall to put on 1lb of fat?
and if you just eat 3500cal, then that is 1000 over 2500 requirements therefore you will only gain less than 1/3rd of a lb?
Wanna know how I know you're a fat burgerclapistani

Are you retarded ?
If you eat over 5k in a day your body can't process it. It's like free calories if you do a lot of cardio that day. On my cheat days I will eat 15000-20000 calories and it feels so good knowing it won't have any negative effects.

Serious answers only please.
that's just 1lb of of your body weight, not necessarily your fat.
you would add 500 calories a day to your maintenance and you will gain a pound in a week. keep in mind the body can only gain like 1-2 lbs of muscle a month.
