Yes. They're great.
A few sets and you'll have a forearm pump you never imagined possible.
The best thing is that you can roll both ways and target the brachioradialis which will fix a lot of wrist issues and give you a fuller forearm.
Great piece of kit and you can even just make one of basically a broom handle and some rope.
