I just started a routine, some pretty heavy lifting and supplementing with just protein, BCAA and creatine.
How do you guys avoid the deadly gas? Seems like every single day approaching the afternoon (I work out in the morning) I'm uncontrollably gassy. I've considered premixing shakes and putting them in the fridge to let the air bubbles rise out.
What do you guys do?
