I'm currently doing starting strength, which has me squatting first every workout as you probably know
Problem is, for some reason squatting always makes me dizzy/lightheaded and its harder to finish the other lifts
Wha do I do to fix this?
-Squat lighter weight
-Do squats last
-Swap it with some other exercise
-Suck it up
I had the same problem when I was doing SS, imo you are better off doing squats last and not lift heavy when doing them.
