Does anyone here make their own preworkout?
I was thinking of bulk buying caffeine powder to save money. Is there anything else worth including that provides real, objective benefits? It seems like most of the supplements are memes.
Nope, because I'm not retarded.
Preworkouts and meal timing is marginal at best and pseudoscientific at worst.

Drink a black coffee you fag
if you have the money try Citrulline Malate and Pure Betaine Anhydrous Trimethylglycine (TMG) Powder there are scientific studies where give some benefit, though pretty marginal.
i'm sure having a 'pre workout stack' boost also gives you some kind of placebo effect as well and a different mental state going in.

Not true. I've experimented with 7 different preworkouts and I find that each has a unique effect. My favorite thus far is KAGED, by Kris Gethin. The large amount of caffeine gives me a ridiculous amount of energy during my workout and something else in there makes me VERY focused and concentrated. I'd love to know what part of it adds the concentration effect.

I'll look into it, thanks

Congrats, the placebo works on you. Doesn't mean they have a tangible benefit tho.
I make my own using 2g taurine 2g l-citruline 300mg caffeine and 150mg dmaa.
Bought the supplies for like $160 last august.

Non CNS stims are essential - pair them with an effective CNS stim like Caffeine.
No jitters, great pump, great concentration.
Current Stack
>Oxilofrine
>AMP Citrate
>PEA
>Beta Alanine
Mixed into cheap BCAAs.
Paid about $200 for several years worth.
Only ongoing cost is the BCAA and experimentation with different stims.
