>5 week progress pic today
>no change

Took me 12 weeks to see the extreme change
I believe in you anon
>>42140731
Take it in 3 month increments. 5 weeks isn't enough time to see a really noticeable difference.
>>42140731
Lmao, obvious american.

That you can see, post the pictures and let me judge.
I'm sure it's not that bad anon.
>>42140757
It's not, I had just wished for more by now. All I can see is I thickened out a little bit from 165ish to 170ish, unless it's just the lighting. When I get back from the gym I'll post them side by side.
>>42140787
Are you eating properly? That's normally the biggest downfall.
>>42140852
Nutrition has been on point. 2800-3000 cal a day, rarely do I miss. Trying to keep an extra careful eye on fat and sugar, those I seem to go over by 5-12g every other day or so. Hit my protein goal by +/- 8g every day. I guess I'll just have to wait longer to see results.
>>42140897
Give it another 2 months and post again. I'll be waiting for those result pics.
You're gonna make it.

>where are my gains

natty lifting is a meme, after pinning low dosages of testosterone you'll never be the same, constant 5lbs/month gains through cruise, when i was blasting with oxandrolone i gained 25lbs in two months, two fucking months, 3 inches on my arms, bench went from 200lbs to 315
Your brain is dumb and hateful. That's why you need to keep a fitness journal. Brains lie, numbers don't.
>started lifting two and a half months ago, was 71 kg
>weight hafway through, lost two kg
>this morning was 71 again
>eating at barely 1.5k cal a day, working out 5 days a week
I am getting stronger but I really don't believe that I gained two kg of muscle.
>>42140996
What kind of data would you put in it?
>>42141047
Food journal, lifts, progressions if doing bodyweight, weight, bf%. Your stats can change without you being able to perceive them right away, or sometimes even after lots of otherwise obvious physical changes if you're REALLY down on yourself.
>I am getting stronger but I really don't believe that I gained two kg of muscle
Get a scale that can track that if you don't have one already.
