How do I build my stabilisers? I can easily bench more than I

How do I build my stabilisers? I can easily bench more than I can right now but my weak stabilisers cause my barbell to shake and twist on the way up. I have no problems getting the bar up with enough speed but it wobbles too much. What do?

So you can't bench more because your stabilisers are weak. Solution = Lift more.

Lower your weight. Work on your form.

This. Also do dumbbell BP.

Hit triceps and forearms more, those will help with stabilization.

I'm fairly solid on bench form (I pack my shoulders but I don't know much about leg drive). I'll do what you say.

Personally I wouldn't recommend DB flies, just asking for rotator cuff injury there. I know I feel pain in my shoulders when I do them, or even using a machine. I don't really get a good pump either.

Look into "3D cable crossover", I started doing those and like them a LOT better.
