Aggravated my SI joint on Wed with some shitty form on my last squat set. Pain has been lessening but still feel a twinge without Advil.

Think it's wise to squat 3x5 tonight?

Im pretty sure I did, or a strained glute medius (the one that extends into your lower back). Happened like October last year, became real bad in November - didn't take time off. Arching in bench started to hurt, and I stopped DL/Back squats. Did FS instead

My SI joint is my Achilles heel. Go easy on the squats, feel it out, and avoid sitting.

Also look out banded hip distraction

My SI joint has been inflamed like past 6 months and i still squat. I ended up dislocating it when i was racking 45lbs plate and my right leg completely gave out. i went home and cracked the shit out of it myself. am i fucked?
