What should I eat?
Yogurt
anything but drink probiotics or add the probiotic powder to a drink. helps a lot in digestion in my experience. yogurt would probably be a good idea too.
Diary products.
Yakult and those diary derivated with activated lactobacilus. But you don't really need them, just stick to your GOMAD for one more week and you'll be back to normal
Probiotics and prebiotics.
So basically homemade probiotics or buy probiotics at a pharmacy. For prebiotics anything with fiber will do; oatz and etc.
