The fast way is to speak in a steady tone. Don't change the pitch of your voice too often and don't yell, it shows confidence. It won't help you much though if you have a neturally high pitched voice.

This is a thing I worked on all through uni as it's an invaluable skill to have in my profession. The easiest thing you can do is print out a piece of text, like a speech or something and read it in front of a camera. The problem is not really that your voice is to high, it's that you're too insecure or too inexperienced to modulate your voice the way you want to. With a bit of training you can make yourself sound amused, bored, stoic, whatever with little effort in a way that other people react to.

I consider my voice to be pretty high pitched but others tell me it's really deep. everytime I make it deep on purpose, people get out of my way instantly, it's like they are fucking afraid of a manlet.
