Hi anons,
I need your help, once again.
So i have learnt almost everything that there is to learn about nutrition and supplements thanks to your help anons.
I used to be slightly fat and i lost all of it.
Now i have built a 4000 calorie food list that i will be eating daily so i can gain some mass.
How ever if i dont work out i will simply look fat.
>So my question to you anons is there a site that can help me build a workout plan, or is there site that i can read and learn on the theory and logic behind work out plans.

Don't. You're not on roids so don't train like you are. Just do SS and throw in some accessories like curls, dips, lat flyes and chin-ups.

honestly its only been around 3 months
i was always on /sci/,/o/ and /int/.
however recently zyzz sent me here and i must say this has been the friendliest community that ive met on 4chan. Also one that is actually changing my life.
