Hey /fit/, newfag here, I just started working out recently with easy dumbbells, I'm weak af and thin af, probs the thinnest guy around my village, 110 pounds or 50 kg, I work out like once a 3 days for like 30 mins (I think thats not enough right?) Im using the dumbbells until my arms hurt and then do a crunches, all adds up to 30-45 mins. Any tips? Everything else I do in my life is sit in front of PC.

I have 20lb dumbbells a barbell weights for it and a bench
I do
4x20 db press
3x10 bb press
3x20 curl
3x20 lat raises
3x20 bent over rows
I add a set of 10 about once a week and am still seeing visible gains
