How often should I eat a day?
I'm trying to eat 3k a day.
I created this shake thats like 700-1000 calories.
Thinking about having 1 for breakfast and then 1 after a workout or after lunch.
So basically, I'd have 4 meals a day.
Is this good enough? I heard it was like 6.

It doesn't matter how many meals you get as long as you eat all the calories you planned to eat.
Eat all 3k in one meal, or eat 1.5k in two meals, or 1k in 3 meals, or 500 calories in 6 meals its up to you.
