The point is that it is indeed easier for manlets to build muscle. Arnold is the exception, not the rule. And he's not the biggest person in terms of muscle there.

No, what should be taken away from that picture is that manlets are more likely to chase dreams of becoming the biggest because of a subconscious inferiority complex from their small stature. Whereas taller men are more likely to chase achievements in other fields because they've never had to fight the lingering feeling that their self-worth is derived from their height.
