I used to squat every day for Olympic weightlifting. Got my FS up to 400. But I got a tibial stress fracture IN DECEMBER. And I am still dealing with it.

It was not until March, after the mri that I really stopped trying to go back and squat on it. But it got worse and worse. Hurt all the time. 3 weeks ago went on crutches. It sucks. Going to see a 2nd opinion doc next week.

Anyone ever experienced this from front squats? How was your recovery? Should I just an hero?
