PHAT or "Full-body workout every other day"
Which one and why?
I've been doing PHAT for some months now and.... meh?
I've recently started doing
>Squats
>Deads
>Rows
>OHPs
>Bench
>pullups
>curls
>flies
>accesory core excercises
as my routine, every other day instead.
Is this good? Critique and insights very much welcome
I guess we are too busy spouting shitty memes, and talking about Tinder to help a brother out?
I miss the old days...
