So what is the benefit of keto diet and why are so many people cutting with it? Is the good old calories deficit not enough to go below 10%?

I like bulking on it cause I get to eat a shitton of food and stay lean. Breakfast is usually 3 eggs and a few more egg whites, 3-4 cups of spinach, a slab of blue cheese, a couple slices of ham, and a big avocado. Mmm
