How true is this
Been doing 1 hour ED on a cut so it doesn't really matter to me ATM since I am starving myself anyway, but when I start bulking I don't want to eat too much or too little
bollocks
It's true that doing cardio, esp HIIT, increases your metabolic rate for a period afterwards. But he's exaggerating and twisting it into something a lot more significant than it is (like every fitness youtuber does).
