They're really good intraworkout if you're using insulin.
You're not using insulin preworkout though so I'd say that you'd just be better off eating a pound and a half of meat a day.
They have some use if you're cutting or doing IF. If you're bulking, then it's just expensive protein powder.

Not OP, but I have a physical job that sometimes has me working up to 12hrs, usually moving heavy shit around, and I usually get one 30min break, and usually there's not much more than bread and coffee to eat. I also lift obviously.
So my question is, should I keep some BCAAs at work? Seems like this is exactly what they're used for.
