Heralt is a mutant. He had to take a lot of special herbs in order to grow muscles and grow stronger while doing some hard physical exercises, acrobatics and sword-training. Then his body has been modified with magics and mutagens. If you played The Woitcher 3 you could hear Geralt talking about his abulities: his heart rythm is 4 times slower than normal, he heals wounds better than normal, he can sleep and hear what is going on nearby him. And don't forget, he constantly fights, kills monsters, beasts and basicly travels a lot in a search for a job. This kind a life is very good for maintaining good phisycal conditions.
