I don't understand. I know that it's 2 scoops of powder for a shake, but the powder doesn't have a 4Cal:1g ratio.

As far as I've been told isolate protein only has a few more protons per serving and is disproportionately more expensive, and it also tastes horrible, even the best brands. You are gonna need to add something like a banana or milk when doing the shake anyways because if you don't the taste can get unbearable, so may as well stop caring for just three or four grams of carbs per scoop and just buy the regular whey and save your money.
