if young bulk slowly, your skin should still be elastic to cut once you have muscle

I am in a similar position. Strength is a little more important to me than how I look. But, I have had a ton of mires since hitting near 10%. I would say I am likely 12%.
Anyway thing to remember OP. If you cut or bulk, its changeable. What I mean is if you go ahead and bulk 6 months now, you can cut again. Or, if you cut now to 10%, you can bulk at the end of it. Think 6 months down the line, don't be in a rush.
