Why does /fit/ embrace the health at any size movement?

Why love yourself if you're a disgusting slob and mockery of the human form? Equal neglect is not impartial kindness.

If you love your body then do it right. Give it the nutrition it needs with a diet rich in vegetables, absent of the junk or sugary nonsense the obese shovel in their mouths.

You don't have to be slim, but acting like you can eat anything because of body acceptance is destructive of the thing so treasured.
