I tore my hamstrings and apparently can't lift heavy with legs for probably a year.

What's a good upper body only routine? And maybe some very light or bodyweight exercises just until I can squat and deadlift again?

Pulls ups, dips, bench, shoulder press, curls, forearm work and any ab stuff you want.

3x8, increase weight until you can't do 5 or more. Deload and keep going.
