You need to gain at least 50 pounds to even approach /fit/, OP

Ive just started lean bulking the last two months. I eat 3,300 calories a day and get over 160g of protein a day. Over the last 2 months I have only gained 2lb. Shouldnt I be gaining more if my basal metabolic rate is 1,746 calories? Should I up it to 3,500? 4,000?
I am kind of an ectomorph.
And isnt a 20.9 BMI more than skeleton level? Or is anyone under 200 a skeleton to /fit/?

BMI is bullshit for anyone with decent muscle mass. You're going to be "overweight" pretty fast if you train correctly, even with sub 15% bodyfat.
Yeah, if you're not gaining much weight, you need to eat more, it's that simple.
