Looking for some feedback.

1. Been hitting abs and cutting, around 13.4% bf now. I still feel like I'm getting nowhere with my abs, any suggestions?

Your protein intake is more than enough. You can keep it that high if that's what you like, otherwise I'd recommend cutting it down to 120-140g since you only weigh 150ish. Keep your carbs and fats high, don't consume too much sugar/saturated fats. Hop on a beginner routine and add in 2-3 accessory movements to body parts you want to bring up. You won't get yuge doing this, you'll get strong. After you've made decent gains, hop on a higher volume routine like a PPL or full body or something

Last year I decided to get back to being an athlete. It's been hard.

Exercise, and becoming vegetarian helped me lose a lot of fat while maintaining my muscle mass, but I am having a REALLY hard time building muscle and losing fat at the same time. Inb4 someone tells me "vegetarianism is no gains" I'm an ovo vegetarian. Not a vegan. I still eat eggs daily and the occasional dairy (1-2 times a week).

Most of you guys look unrealistically amazing and I want to get lean and bulging with muscle, just not at the expense of my health. Steroids look like the only option to accomplish my goal any time in the next 5 years.

This process is taking forever and I feel like my actual strength hasn't increased much despite hitting the gym 4-5 times a week for some pretty serious workouts.

Trying to be optimistic about it since it's only been half a year, but I need to know if any of you guys have tips for a chunky vegetarian guy trying to get to a goal of 185lbs of solid greatness.

Cut to the point where you can just barely hit your old PRs after a small re-feed. Maybe let 10lbs come off your lifts, then switch to maintenance calories and hit your old PRs again (you should be able to hit them after a week max). That way you know you haven't lost any quality weight. 230 leanish is a pipe dream for you right now. You're 205 looking chubby, you probably won't see your abs until 170 or 180. Maybe even lower, it's hard to tell if you're not already pretty big because not much definition shows anyway. You could be 16% or you could be 20%.
