Any other bros have this problem?
With 6.5 inch wrists, I have 12 inch forearms, 15.75 inch upper arms (cold, unflexed).
I do direct forearm work and can do heavy compound lifts like deadlifts and the farmer's walk.
But in the 6 years I've lifted weights, i've only grown half an inch on my forearms.
Is forearm size almost completely geneticly based then? Or am I missing a secret?
>find a threaded bar
>find a nut that goes on said bar
>put a rubber shaft around bar
>put nut on bar, with rubber below
>turn nut with wrench
>tighten it as much as you can without breaking shit
>then untighten it and take the nut off
>rinse repeat every day all day for years
grats on fem forearm gains.
I was a forearmlet for years til I became a professional wrench monkey
now I can crush canned goods in my hand, literal Popeye tier shit

Makes sense. I've noticed laborers like carpenters and baseball players have massive forearms

How about you look at arm wrestlers dude. Some of them have 17 fucking inch forearms. No, it's absolutely not genetic. You just have to do a lot of wrist flexion exercises.

how much can you curl? i bet if you bring your curl up to a good number you will get bigger forearms and arms out of it

mixed grip pullups/chin-ups wreck my forearms, especially with shrugs

This exactly. If you want to be a lazy bitch about it you can buy Fat Gripz or one of their knockoff competitors (ymmv). It makes a 20 pound dumbell feel like 40 pounds and it makes your forearms and hands sore as shit.

If you want to be a nerd you can read the second Convict Condition book. It focuses on getting big forearms, big neck, big calves etc. The shit that's usually neglected.
